With over 25 wonderful years working within Primary Education I was driven to leave the classroom after a life changing experience volunteering in the beautiful islands of Fiji. It occurred to me that what is at the core of a successful education system, is us, those fortunate enough to work alongside the world's greatest resource... our children. 

My approach is totally values driven. It's simple, how would you want someone else to support & care for your loved ones.

Through face-to face, one-to-one or live remote training, I'm passionate about working with educational & care setting practitioners, supporting self-reflection & ultimately  driving towards the same goal: to be their champion & make a difference by giving them the confidence & safety to navigate their way through an ever challenging world.
